Hmm..I don’t think you *have* to send one. I’m not sure why you wouldn’t if you’re close to the couple. Some people only invite a bunch of people because of this rule, so they can get gifts from people they know cannot/will not attend.
There are no rules.. Simply always give from your heart, a place where love overflows.
