beautiful indian roofless church wedding

nikita + robert – roofless church, new harmony, indiana

This wedding ceremony and breathtaking because the Indian culture is so colorful, vivid, full of family and tradition. It’s amazing to witness. Especially when it pertains to the actual wedding ceremony, because of all the intricate traditions (just like Jewish weddings). I would watch a wedding like this every single weekend.

This is what I love about the Roofless Church in New Harmony, Indiana. It’s outside! And yes, the land is sanctioned to be holy, that’s why they can call it a “church”. If you stand at the “cathedral” the acoustics are amazing. We had a singer stand there and her voice was projected out to the audience.

The gold gates that the wedding party can enter into the “outdoor church” were re-painted before this wedding, which was awesome because opulent gold matches her Indian wedding perfectly. And it’s in New Harmony, a quaint town that makes you feel like you’re at a small destination wedding.
