As event engineers who plan fabulous events, we love to support great causes that make a difference. Below are few we are proud to endorse and have been a part of:

We are pleased to donate hours to help get Gilda’s Club Evansville off the ground! Simply put, Gilda’s Club offers “Cancer support for the whole family, the whole time”. 

We manage their social media; Facebook, Twitter, Vimeo and assist with any events / fundraisers that may be coming up.

This is personally an important project for me (Saundra), as my father passed away from cancer in 2009 and my husband was diagnosed in 2010 with Malignant Melanoma.

Wish Upon a Wedding was founded by Liz Guthrie and Sasha Souza under the premise that “two people in love should never be denied the chance to marry their soul mate”.

Can you think of anything else stated better?

This is the world’s first nonprofit wish granting organization providing weddings and vow renewals for couples facing terminal illness and serious life-altering circumstances, regardless of sexual orientation.

I met Holly Dunn at a business luncheon where she was the guest speaker and told her survival story. Moved beyond words, I gave her my business card and said, “Call me, whenever you need anything”. Three weeks later we began the event planning ride to help get Holly’s House built.

Their mission is simple: “To provide a safe reporting location for victims of intimate crimes, their families, and communities while providing support, promoting justice, and preventing violence”.

This organization is beautiful, to help stop abuse! They are always needing volunteers, so please take a moment to look at Holly’s House and make a donation or spend some time.
