“it’s all about YOU, always”
Our planning studio has evolved over the past ten years. We prefer not to be a big company because we believe in giving our clients personal attention.
We have a unique approach to events in that we do not accept the old adage “this is the way it’s always been done”. We don’t mind being a little rebellious and shake things up. It is our company’s philosophy that smooth running events can only happen when the clients trust the vendors and the vendors work together like a team to ensure a positive outcome.
We want to be on your planning team!
Available at ANY point during your planning process, we know that it is important for you to feel comfortable and have confidence with the team that will help you celebrate one of the most important days in your lives. We just strongly feel you should have some fun throughout the planning process. We hope you don’t mind.
why do we call ourselves event engineers?
The word engineer means: To plan, manage, and put through by skillful acts or contrivance; maneuver. And that’s what we do! Plan, coordinate, manage, consult, direct, manage, organize, tweak, design, instruct, negotiate, encourage, listen, offer advice, overcome challenges, entertain and create events. Exhale….Our services are primarily focused in the Midwest area covering Indiana: Evansville, Jasper, New Harmony, Newburgh, West Baden, French Lick and Indianapolis and Kentucky: Owensboro, Henderson, Bowling Green, Louisville. However, we are available for events outside of these areas. Have passport; will travel.
Meet the Team!

Let me start by telling you that I’m not your typical event planner. I’ve been known to wear my cute Converse Chucks with dress slacks. I’m prone to outbursts of laughter. I’m direct. So don’t ask me my opinion if you don’t want to hear it. I admit when I’m wrong and secretly love it when I’m right (but won’t tell you I told you so).
Color makes me happy. I don’t believe in perfection, so there is no such thing as a perfect event and anyone who tells you that there is such a thing, is blowing smoke up your, er, skirt. I’m highly organized. Almost to a fault. It’s an illness really. And I have an uncanny knack of seeing ahead fifteen steps ahead of the average person. This skill comes in handy at events.
My family and friends are of most importance to me. I have a wonderful husband of 19 years and an sixteen year son who can “beat box” and has the quick wit of an adult. My chocolate lab is legendary throughout social media. My secret vices are: “Friends” reruns and good, red wine.
I love what I do and don’t mind telling you I’m really good at it. It’s not the actual planning or work; it’s helping people that drives me everyday. Actually that is what my name means: “helper to mankind”. Seriously, you can’t make this stuff up.

I love being a part of the behind the scenes events with the family of the bride and groom, as well as the couple and their attendants. The FUN stuff happens in the hallways waiting to walk down the aisle, dressing rooms getting ready, and trying to figure out how to bustle a dress.
Everything about weddings intrigues me; I love the kids … they are the only ones that steal the show. I’m totally comfortable in being thrown into difficult and diverse situations. It is absolutely satisfying to watch the bride and groom leave the reception totally happy and in love!
In 2012, I married my best friend and the man of my dreams (and we are now expecting our first child). The wedding planning process wasn’t any easier, even though I’m a planner. I know what you are going through and work hard to put your mind at ease.

I love being Miss Practicality. I’m all for glam, glitz and fabulousness on your wedding day. What I’m not for is coming home from a honeymoon up to your eyeballs in debt. I love being one step ahead of the bride, groom and their family, and meeting their needs before they even know they have them. I love watching the bride’s father look at his little girl and the bride and groom’s first dance.
My husband of 15 years and two boys keep me on my toes and active. I’m such a romantic at heart, tearing up at love songs and Hallmark cards. But not completely sappy, I love to laugh and am great at easing moments of tension!
