Have you heard of Holly’s House? It’s a great non-profit organization that is raising money to provide a single location for abused victims to be interviewed after their ordeal. A network of related departments will be there working as a team to help victims feel safe and more importantly, they don’t have to tell their story a dozen times.
Holly’s House is working with the Domestic and Violence and Child Abuse Departments of the Evansville Police Department. The name of the future advocacy center is named after Holly Dunn Pendleton, the only known survivor of the Railroad Serial Killer.
